Proposal services range from RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis to red-team review and supervision of production and submittal. They can be limited to writing and editing or expanded to include management of the entire proposal effort. In any case, the final proposal will be error-free, well-written and 100 percent responsive. It will contain themes, strategies, benefits, and targeted graphics, and will present your organization in the best possible light.
Non proposal-related services include continuing review of marketing communication pieces in terms of layout, design, flow, syntax, grammar and punctuation, making sure that the message is communicated clearly and effectively—without undue fluff and hype.
Whether the final product is a proposal, grant request, white paper or report, I’m proficient with MS Word and can format documents during the writing and editing process. The result will be a clean, visually-balanced document that can stand on its own. If complex graphics and specialized formatting are required for brochures and other collateral pieces, a third-party specialist with expertise in graphics software may be required—although I can sketch out the concepts, work with the designer and write benefits-oriented captions.
