I’m Joe Fields. Fields Communication is pretty much just me, providing personal services to a limited client base. I specialize in writing and editing proposals, grant requests, and a range of business and marketing communication publications. I have two decades of experience with high-tech proposals and document-based business development and marketing programs for companies in several states (Ecuador, too).
As described more fully in the experience section, my background includes an interesting range of technologies and market sectors:
- Power generation: combustion turbines and innovative alternative systems
- Nonconventional renewable energy: solar (thermal/PV), wind, biomass, geothermal
- Environmental assessment and remediation: water quality, greenhouse gases
- Sustainable solutions: wetlands restoration, marine and river habitats
- Energy conservation: shared savings retrofit projects
After more than 20 years of working for corporations of all sizes, I decided to start Fields Communication as a means of working with smaller clients on short-duration proposals, business communication documents (white papers and technical reports), and marketing collateral projects. Services are provided at a fixed hourly rate, either remotely via electronic document transfer or at your site.
